Samsung to arm engineering college students in new-age tech in India – ET Telecom

Bengaluru: Samsung on Thursday introduced a brand new industry-academia programme underneath which, its R&D institute right here will collaborate with college students and college at engineering schools in India on new-age applied sciences like Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning (ML), Internet of Things (IoT) and 5G to assist clear up real-world issues.

Called ‘Samsung PRISM’ (Preparing and Inspiring Student Minds), the tasks underneath the programme might be taken up by a group of scholars and a professor, with a mentor from the Samsung R&D Institute Bangalore (SRI-B) coaching and guiding them, the corporate stated in an announcement.
