The School of Computing Sciences and Machine Intelligence Data Analytics and Research Centre (MIDARC) of Hindustan Institute of Technology and Science (HITS
) organised a two-week Faculty Development Programme (FDP
) below the aegis of All India Council for Technical Education
on “Artificial Intelligence and Ambient Intelligence” in two phases between January and March.
FDP was organised foreseeing the technological development and demand for information within the fields of synthetic intelligence and ambient intelligence. Ambient intelligence is a promising expertise that binds synthetic intelligence to our on a regular basis atmosphere by sensors and Internet of Things (IoT). Participants from a variety of Indian states and abroad reminiscent of Singapore, Malaysia, Morocco, Algeria, Philippines, Saudi Arabia and USA have been educated on the assorted areas of synthetic intelligence and ambient intelligence.
Theory and hands-on periods have been carried out by eminent audio system from educational establishments together with IIITs, NITs NITTTR, Yildiz Teknik University, Istanbul; Multimedia University, Malaysia; and business specialists like CISCO Systems, Infosys, Wipro, Madblocks Technologies, Hyderabad, Cognub Decision Solutions and MetaSquare, USA.
